Touch has an incredible ability to release emotions we may not even realise we're holding, especially when we might be in a stage of our lives where chronic stress and or trauma can start to feel overwhelming and too much to hold. Through my experience as a mind-body practitioner, I continue to be amazed by the profound resilience and healing potential within both the human mind and body. It’s only when we pause and embrace the gentle power of touch that we can begin to open ourselves to a transformative journey. In doing so, we start to understand how deeply stored emotions can affect us, unveiling the path to our own inner healing.
