2. Services
Our website promotes self-care services, including massage, reiki, and coaching. Services provided are not intended to replace medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting us. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below.
Payment: Deposit is required at the time of booking or as specified in the booking confirmation and full payment will be charged at the completion of service unless special agreement or considerations are given and adhered to at time of booking services
4. Gift Cards
Purchase: Gift cards are available for purchase on our website. They can be used towards any of our services.
Redemption: Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and can only be redeemed for services listed on our website. They are not redeemable for cash or credit.
Expiration: Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If a gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us to see if we can issue a replacement, but this is not guaranteed.
No Refunds: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled appointment. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as well as our refund guidelines.
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: To provide the best service to all our clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% the service cost, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill the time slot on short notice.
Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled appointment, or if a client fails to show up without notice ("no-show"), will be charged the full fee of intended service.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a full refund or apply the payment as a credit toward a future booking.
Refunds for Packages and Prepaid Services:
Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a package or multiple-session bundle and wish to cancel, we may refund the unused portion based on the per-session price of completed sessions, minus any cancellation fees, or reduced costs as a result of the package if applicable.
Non-Refundable Packages: Some discounted packages may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Rescheduled Appointments: Any payments made for appointments that are rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be transferred to the new appointment date and time without additional fees.
Scheduled Session Booking Time: All sessions booked for a definite time period run from the arrival, include consultation, service booked and conclusion and briefing of the session.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients, and the full session price will apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, which may be considered a "no-show" and subject to fees.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations happen. If an unexpected event (such as a medical emergency) prevents you from attending, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations. We strive to be understanding and will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Subscriber Content
By subscribing or interacting with our website and booking website via Fresha (such as leaving reviews or comments), you grant us the right to use this content for marketing or other purposes, without compensation. However, we respect user privacy and will not use personal testimonials without explicit permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and images on the website are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
